Monday training (Feb 16th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Meet up at TPM, warm up jog 30-45 min. Strength training from 18:45 at the gym by Dragvoll. Remember your student card.

Lerkendal-Estenstad Intervals (Feb 17th)

Meet at 17.30, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Meet up 18:00 at TPM. Intervals (about 5 minutes). Asphalt/gravel.

Individual training/rest day

Team jog (Feb 19th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Easy jog approximately 1 hour.

Leangen intervals (Feb 20th)

Meet at 16.30, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Indoor intervals (1000 meters) in Leangen Icehall. Jog from TPM at 16:30.

Long run (Feb 21st)

Meet at 09.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Long run

Søntek (Feb 22nd)

Meet at 10.00, Lille-P
