Mondaytraining (Aug 18th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Meet up at TPM, warm up jog 30-45 min. Strength training from 18:45 at the gym by Dragvoll. Remember your student card.

Vogel intervals (Aug 19th)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

We run together from TPM 18:00. 3 minutes intervals (path/ forrest). 1 minute break. Bring headlamp!

Onstek (Aug 20th)

Meet at 17.30, Lille-P

Strength training (Aug 20th)

Meet at 07.45, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Strength training together with the xc skiing group. Meet up 07:45 at TPM. Strength 08:05 in Sal 4 at Sit Gløshaugen.

Team jog (Aug 21st)

Meet at 18.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Easy jog approximately 1 hour.

Individual training/rest day

Langtur (Aug 23rd)

Meet at 10.00, Treningssenteret, Moholt

Long run. Meet up at TPM 10:00.
